Hot Gierls Masterbateing

Eternally Yours

Australia, Brisbane, 1976. The Saints released a 45trs ("I'm Stranded" / "No Time") and send it to the international rock press. And miracle! Magazine English Sounds "illico appointed" Single of the Week "! So the folks at EMI in London ordered their fellow Antipodean signing of this group immediately.
September 1976, a first 33trs "I'm Stranded " will be recorded in 48 hours and our friends arrive in London to defend a stunning first album, raw and final, a real firebrand by dint of energy and fury, carried by the proud and sarcastic song by Chris Bailey and remains as One of the best punk rock albums of all time.
1st concert in London at the opening of Talking Heads and the Ramones! With good stage performances and a few singles that are placed in the charts, they will still drag the image eaters kangaroos, bush bumpkins, muffled by the English who take the brunt of the wave punk. EMI aware of the potential of the Saints, will be up to offer them to adopt a "right look", short hair, striped pants, etc., they will reject them. For the second album "Eternally Yours," completed in two days, writing the group grows, (the richest pieces, ballads and mid-tempo) and the addition of Brass will give a R & B side, of course, is not really in vogue in these tumultuous times. Mixed reception for a sensational album, see better than before, which contains an absolute hit, something amazing to fall backwards, the title "Know Your Product !
A pei not a year later, the third album explicit name "Prehistoric Sounds" fishy that even more towards the soul, with 2 times, one from Otis Redding and the other of Aretha Franklin and new is the commercial failure ...
Unfortunately, the record label, then stops with these outlandish charges, which are clearly irrecoverable. This excellent group stagnated in London for a while and then decided to throw in the towel. Some are coming to Australia, Chris Bailey he remains in London and began a long road that alcohol is not quite over ...
follow, the very first 45, the track that opens the second album, and a resumption of the spouses Turner.

Elvis Fuckin' Christ

"That's The Way It Is "... Sublime documentary about Elvis in concert in Las Vegas 70: Repeat, setting up the securities, the entire organization around the show, preparation, waiting and finally the concert. It's really impressive to see Elvis and his musicians (all absolutely insane), casual, thawed and attack, the air of nothing, absolute killing. The drummer with his air of geography student is just as amazing guitarist! The choristers bossent parts, the arranger on the alert, Elvis and oversees everything starts up slowly ... It is July 70 and rehearsals are held in the studios of MGM. It's nice, Elvis ballad with his tandem, said hello to everyone, is tired all the time, his number is charming. In a few days he will give concerts in a majestic hotel in Vegas to an audience to the tunes of extras in a scene from "Goodfellas" or "Casino." It is immersed in the most exciting time of Elvis, he just finished the Memphis Sessions which alone contain (official albums, "From Elvis In Memphis ", " Back in Memphis" and falls studios, different outlets etc.) dozens of nuggets drenched soul, country, blues transcended by a voice, compositions, arrangements and musicians (brass, strings, organ, choir gospel) to a level unsurpassed!
Thrilling and indispensable!
A small excerpt from the doc and on an "alternate take".
On the intro to a raw socket and without arrangements "Wearin 'That Loved One Look" the voice of Elvis skids, everyone laughs, everyone has their own "Oh Lord!" or "God!" suddenly someone recount 1-2-3-4 and then you're off again to put the guts into jelly ... That voice and that guitar! The Cramps
have a song called "Elvis Fuckin 'Christ!" and they are right ...
